## 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Workshop Head to oversee maintenance operations, manage our mechanical teams, and ensure maximum fleet availability across our facilities.
Key Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or maintenance management role.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as advanced vehicle and equipment troubleshooting.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, direct, and coordinate a team of mechanics effectively.
* Safety & Administration: Strong grasp of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards and maintenance administration practices.

## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mekanik)
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician to perform essential diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on our heavy-duty fleet.
Key Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working as a heavy vehicle mechanic, specifically with Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of diesel engine systems, transmissions, braking systems, and heavy vehicle components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in conducting inspections, diagnosing mechanical failures, executing repairs, and identifying precise spare part requirements.
