## Production Operator
The Production Operator is vital to maintaining the safety, quality, and efficiency of our manufacturing workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Process Management: Operate and monitor production equipment while ensuring accurate data logging.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct in-process analysis in collaboration with the QC team.
* Operational Excellence: Implement 5S methodologies, maintain site cleanliness, and proactively suggest process improvements.
* Continuous Improvement: Manage local food safety compliance and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications
* Technical vocational degree, polytechnic diploma, or university degree in engineering or food technology.

## Quality Control (QC) Technician
The QC Technician ensures the integrity of our products by managing rigorous testing protocols and maintaining strict laboratory standards.
Key Duties
* Sample Management: Receive, prioritize, and process samples according to standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
* Analytical Testing: Perform independent routine and complex analysis, including sensory evaluations of raw materials and finished goods.
* Laboratory Maintenance: Calibrate equipment using the Firmenich QC Maintenance System and ensure all laboratory reagents and supplies are adequately stocked.
* Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all test files are accurate, complete, and compliant with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
* Reporting: Escalate technical issues to management and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Professional Requirements
* Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or Biochemistry.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the flavor, fragrance, or pharmaceutical industry; background in microbiology is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in QC instrumentation such as GC, NMR, DSC, and titration.
* Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis is a significant asset.
* Strong technical aptitude for Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with LIMS or SAP environments.
