We are actively seeking dedicated professionals to strengthen our growing operations across Central Java. Review our open positions below to find your ideal fit.
1. Production Supervisor (Placement: Semarang)
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, or Food Technology.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a comparable role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Key Competencies: Exceptional leadership capabilities, conceptual thinking, and multitasking proficiency. Must possess a deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), the ability to review SOPs, and accountability for operational output and team target achievement.
2. Export Marketing Supervisor (Placement: Semarang)
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin or English (Minimum TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.0).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant export experience, ideally within manufacturing.
* Key Competencies: Highly communicative, gifted in negotiation, and resilient under tight deadlines and target-driven environments. Open to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) across all majors.
3. Quality Control Supervisor (Placement: Semarang)
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
* Experience: 2 to 3 years in QC, with preference given to candidates from edible bird's nest processing, food processing, or export-oriented industries.
* Key Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, or ISO 22000). Leadership experience is a strong advantage. Capable of drafting SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and QC documentation with stellar analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Research and Development Staff (Placement: Semarang)
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Fisheries, or relevant fields.
* Experience: 1 to 2 years in R&D, food processing, or process optimization (fresh graduates with exceptional potential are encouraged to apply).
* Key Competencies: Strong grasp of GMP and HACCP principles. Detail-oriented, highly analytical, results-driven, and committed to continuous process improvement.
5. PPIC Staff (Placement: Semarang)
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience: At least 1 year in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC).
* Key Competencies: Proficient in production scheduling and inventory management. Advanced command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Analytical, meticulous, deadline-oriented, and an effective team player.
6 & 7. Maintenance Facility Technician (Placements: Semarang & Demak, Central Java)
* Demographics: Male candidates.
* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical majors.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in General Affairs building or facility management.
* Key Competencies: Versed in building upkeep and utility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, generator sets). Skilled in vendor coordination, highly disciplined, meticulous, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
8. HRD Staff (Placement: Demak, Central Java)
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
* Key Competencies: Well-versed in end-to-end recruitment, training facilitation, administrative workflows, and report generation. Active organizational background, outstanding interpersonal communication, and strong problem-solving acumen.
9, 10, & 11. Miniplant Supervisors (Placements: Boja [Kendal], Sukorejo [Kendal], & Ungaran [Central Java])
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, or Food Technology.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within Food and Beverage manufacturing facilities.
* Key Competencies: Natural leadership qualities, strategic problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
