## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our projects maintain the highest standards of excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria depending on their chosen role:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field of study.
* Technical Expertise (Role 1): Demonstrate strong proficiency in GIT tools software, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Mid-to-Senior Experience (Roles 3–5): Bring at least 5 years of proven working experience in an identical role within an EPC or Oil and Gas environment.
* Junior-to-Mid Experience (Roles 6–7): Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the same position within the EPC or Oil and Gas industry.
* Executive Experience (Role 2): Accumulate at least 10 years of extensive work history specifically within the mining sector.
* Software Competency: Master industry-standard software packages relevant to the specific position.
* Availability: Prepared to mobilize and join the company promptly, requiring a notice period of less than one month.
