1. HRD Staff
As an Human Resources Department (HRD) Staff member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal workforce operations, managing administrative duties, and maintaining smooth daily HR functions.
* Gender: Male or Female
* Educational Background: Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven working experience as an HRD Staff member or HR Administrator.
* Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in using MS Office applications, with an absolute requirement for advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas and data management).
* Added Advantages: Prior knowledge and practical experience handling employee attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and BPJS (social security) administration will be considered significant plus points.
* Availability: Must be ready to join the company no later than early August 2023.
2. Cost Control
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control professional to oversee project finances, monitor budgets, and ensure optimal financial efficiency across our upcoming operations. You will be based at our Corporate Headquarters in North Jakarta.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid industry experience working within an EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) or construction environment specifically as an Estimator or Cost Control specialist.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to formulate comprehensive financial plans, develop accurate project schedules, and generate detailed cost reports.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Project is required, while familiarity with Primavera software serves as an advantageous asset.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
* Analytical Mindset: Possesses strong problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and a rigorous analytical approach to financial oversight.
* Work Location: Willing and ready to report directly to our Head Office located in North Jakarta in the near future.
