## Job Vacancy: Account Payable Staff – Finance
We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Account Payable (AP) professional to manage our financial obligations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting the seamless flow of our accounting operations.
Core Responsibilities
* Invoice Management: Oversee the entire cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing and verification.
* Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
* Reporting: Prepare comprehensive AP reports to assist management in financial decision-making.
* Compliance Support: Collaborate with the tax and audit teams to ensure all financial documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or specifically in an Account Payable role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
* Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the end-to-end AP process, including tax fundamentals (VAT and Income Tax) and audit procedures.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Age Profile: Between 23 and 27 years old.
* Location: Willing to be based in Jakarta.
