## Current Vacancies
1. Junior Process Engineer (Code: JPE)
We are looking for a detail-oriented engineer to support our production processes.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least one year of experience in the oleochemical industry, though fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CAEPipe, CHEMCAD, HYSYS, and ASPEN.
* Knowledge Base: Strong grasp of chemical production principles and isometric drawing interpretation.
* Soft Skills: Excellent command of both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate across various organizational levels. Candidates must be comfortable working in a team environment and performing under strict deadlines.
2. Customer Service Executive (Code: CSE)
This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of international trade and client satisfaction.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, English Literature, or a related field.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Experience: At least one year of relevant experience is preferred, though entry-level candidates are welcome.
* Core Competencies: Must possess a working knowledge of international payment systems, specifically Letter of Credit (L/C) processing, and standard Incoterms.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Batam.
