## Engineering Development Program (EDP) 2026 Qualifications
To ensure our future technical leaders are well-equipped to handle our complex operational demands, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited and reputable university.
* Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25.
* Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 24 years of age.
* Service Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to sign a 5-year service bond.
* Marital Status: Applicants must be unmarried and agree to remain unmarried for the duration of the first two years of the bond.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is considered a significant competitive advantage.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, sharp attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Relocation: You must be fully prepared to work in the company’s designated location in Desa Tumbang Kajuei, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan, following a structured roster and shift schedule.
