## Job Vacancy: Assistant Sortasi
The Assistant Sortasi plays an integral part in maintaining the high milling standards of the company by ensuring that all incoming raw materials meet rigorous corporate benchmarks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As an Assistant Sortasi, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around quality assurance, team supervision, and meticulous record-keeping. The primary duties include:
* Supervising the daily grading operations at the Palm Oil Mill (PKS).
* Conducting rigorous inspections and oversight to ensure incoming Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) strictly adhere to corporate quality standards.
* Verifying the quality of both internal and external FFB deliveries arriving at the facility.
* Compiling, managing, and verifying accurate daily sorting reports and data recaps.
* Maintaining strict standards of cleanliness and organization within the sorting area on a daily basis.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this operational leadership role, applicants must meet specific educational, professional, and physical criteria set by the management team:
* Education: Hold at least a D4 or S1 degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy.
* Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Professional Background: Bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on working experience specifically as an Assistant Sortasi or in a closely related quality-control capacity within the palm oil sector.
* Health Status: Demonstrate excellent physical and mental health.
