## Job Responsibilities for the Operator Role
As a Field Operator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Your primary objective is to maintain safety, efficiency, and consistency across our gas supply chain. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Operational Oversight: Managing and monitoring compressor operations to ensure optimal performance.
* Gas Distribution: Facilitating the CNG filling process at the Mother Station and executing professional gas distribution protocols at client sites.
* Thermal Equipment Management: Operating and maintaining heat transfer components, including heat exchangers, coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrumentation Handling: Managing essential instrument equipment, such as regulators, control valves, pressure safety valves (PSV), and various industrial valves.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess a solid technical foundation and a commitment to safety standards in the energy sector. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing industries. Previous experience working specifically in gas companies is considered a significant advantage.
* Education: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK/STM), with a preference for candidates who graduated with a background in Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in using basic computer software, specifically Microsoft Office.
* Flexibility: The ability to work in shift rotations and a willingness to be stationed outside the city as project needs dictate.
