Core Responsibilities
As a Production Staff member, your day-to-day duties will directly impact manufacturing integrity and efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:
* Enforcing compliance with CPOB, SJH, CPOTB, CPKB, and Integrated Management System protocols across all operational zones.
* Updating and maintaining Master Batch Records to align seamlessly with supplier updates and packaging PIPO modifications.
* Collaborating closely with Manufacturing Pharmacists to execute process studies, troubleshoot issues, and elevate quality assurance standards.
* Tracking and driving the timely resolution of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives within the production floor.
* Supervising Change Control procedures to mitigate risks and prevent operational bottlenecks.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) or hold an Apothecary Professional degree (Profesi Apoteker).
