1. Engineering Staff
This role focuses on the technical maintenance and optimization of machinery to ensure seamless production operations.
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year in an engineering staff capacity within a manufacturing environment.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 22 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid grasp of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motors, sensors, bearings, gears, and shafts.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment failures systematically and apply methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Why, QC Story, and Root Cause Analysis.
* Operational Knowledge: Understanding of preventive maintenance, lubrication, MTBF, MTTR, and machine reliability metrics.
* Soft Skills: A strong safety mindset, disciplined work ethic, collaborative team spirit, and a proactive willingness to work directly on the production floor.
2. Production Engineering Staff
This position is dedicated to enhancing manufacturing efficiency, analyzing production data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in an engineering role within the manufacturing sector.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 22 years old.
* Technical Expertise: Ability to read complex technical drawings, interpret dimensions/tolerances, and utilize precision measuring tools.
* Data Analysis: Proficiency in processing production data using Microsoft Excel.
* Process Improvement: Capability to manage cycle time, takt time, line balancing, and overall process efficiency. Experience with Kaizen and continuous improvement projects is highly valued.
* Professional Attributes: A strong safety-first attitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary departments.
