1. Cleaning Service Line Leader
* Job Responsibilities: Manage attendance records and work schedules for cleaning staff and gardeners; ensure the availability of tools, materials, and operational reports; conduct routine Gemba walks and track resolutions; evaluate staff performance; monitor equipment inventory and maintenance; oversee the Daily Management System (DMS); draft and revise operational work documents; execute continuous improvement projects focusing on 5S and QSHE; and manage pantry stock opnames.
