Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team maintains its high standard of excellence, candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the specific role applied for.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Mandatory Certification: Applicants must hold a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Specialized Certification: For positions 4 and 5 (Trainers), a valid TOT (Training of Trainer) certification is required.
