* Client Consultation & Quotation Management: Provide expert guidance based on unique customer specifications, specifically tailoring solutions for overweight, oversize (OWO), and heavy equipment shipments. Prepare accurate quotations and oversee seamless order creation within the system.
* Revenue & Relationship Growth: Drive revenue targets while actively building and nurturing enduring relationships with both current and prospective clients.
* Cargo Tracking & Proactive Communication: Monitor, track, and expedite shipments throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, delivering proactive project updates to stakeholders.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and other relevant departments to align customer expectations with internal capabilities.
* Documentation & Readiness Oversight: Supervise cargo readiness, verify essential documentation, manage transit schedules, and oversee supporting requirements.
* Issue Resolution: Swiftly address and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints and service claims in partnership with appropriate departments.
