We are currently hiring for the following positions based at our Cikande Plant in Serang, Banten:
1. Production Officer (Pesticide)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee production processes and ensure operational excellence.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Fresh graduates welcome). Candidates with other engineering backgrounds must have at least 1 year of production experience. Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 is required. Understanding of OEE and ERP systems is a plus.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring production procedures, preparing performance reports, leading production teams, and ensuring strict adherence to international quality and safety standards.
2. Quality Control Officer
