Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following foundational criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Candidates holding degrees in Maritime Business, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Marine Technology, Ocean Engineering, or Offshore Engineering receive high priority.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates up to 2 years of professional experience in a related maritime or shipping domain.
* Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in both spoken and written English.

* Vessel Operations & Performance Management: Supervise end-to-end vessel operations, track real-time movements, optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness, reduce downtime, and enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and charter party agreements.
* Voyage Planning & Coordination: Draft precise schedules, operational checklists, stowage plans, and master instructions while maintaining continuous alignment with vessel masters, port agents, charterers, and ship managers.
* Commercial & Documentation Control: Handle essential commercial paperwork—including fixture notes, charter parties, bills of lading, and letters of indemnity—while managing demurrage claims and ensuring rapid invoicing and documentation cycles.
* Port & Stakeholder Management: Evaluate port feasibility, associated expenses, and operational restrictions, appoint trusted local agents, and facilitate smooth vessel clearance and berthing processes.
* Reporting, Compliance & Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate executive management reports, uphold rigorous Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
