The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in the human resources lifecycle for the company’s vessel crews. Key responsibilities include:

* Outreach & Branding: Designing and distributing recruitment advertisements across maritime academies, seafarer hubs, and digital platforms.
* Data Management: Updating and maintaining the Crew Information System (CIS), recording applicant data, and managing the crew data pool to ensure a constant supply of qualified talent.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Building and sustaining strong professional relationships with internal departments and maritime educational institutions.
* Administrative Reporting: Preparing monthly and yearly recruitment reports, organizing testing schedules, and handling administrative tasks such as processing advertisement payments.
