## The Role: Odoo Developer
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our digital transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions, ensuring our ERP systems align with our growing operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* System Development: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules tailored to company workflows.
* Requirements Analysis: Lead requirement gathering, analyze business processes, and translate user needs into functional technical specifications.
* System Integration: Manage API and third-party system integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
* Maintenance and Quality Assurance: Perform regular testing, debugging, and system maintenance to ensure optimal uptime.
* Documentation: Create comprehensive technical and functional documentation for system architecture and user guides.
* Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical development and non-technical stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure business process improvements.
* Version Control: Utilize Git to manage code changes, versioning, and collaborative development.
## Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in software engineering and ERP implementation. We are seeking professionals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically as an Odoo Developer.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Deep understanding of Python and the Odoo framework.
* Strong command of PostgreSQL and SQL.
* Proven experience with REST APIs and system integration.
* Working knowledge of JavaScript and XML within the Odoo environment.
* Proficiency in deployment on Linux/Ubuntu environments.
* Skillset:
* Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end ERP implementation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Familiarity with business modules such as Accounting, Inventory, HR, or Procurement.
