1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training designed to shape future leaders of our restaurant operations. You will learn the ins and outs of running a high-volume culinary establishment while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain readiness for shift-based scheduling.
* Oversee daily operations encompassing food preparation, customer service, sanitation, safety, and security.
* Manage financial transactions and cash flow during and at the close of shifts.
* Supervise and actively participate in crew member activities.
* Handle and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Monitor and evaluate staff adherence to standard operating procedures regarding food quality and service.
* Analyze competitor trends and sales data to assess rival capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Verify all data required for payroll processing.
* Execute accurate salary computations.
* Manage the complete administration and processing of BPJS (social security) programs.
* Update salary records in accordance with structural promotions or job changes.
* Maintain precise records of payroll calculations and compile supporting attendance data in strict adherence to payment timelines.
* Administer the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) accurately.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
