## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* General Mining Experience: Prior background within the mineral mining sector serves as a distinct advantage.
* Experience Duration:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an equivalent supervisory level or higher.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for staff-level positions.
* Financial & Costing Expertise: Proficiency in handling financial reporting and detailed costing procedures is mandatory for positions numbered 4 through 6 and 14.
* COGS and COGM Knowledge: A strong grasp of Cost of Goods Sold and Cost of Goods Manufactured principles is required for roles 6 and 14.
* Audit Background: Previous work history as an external auditor is specifically required for position number 4.
* Technical Design Skills: Demonstrated capability in utilizing AutoCAD for road construction projects is necessary for position number 8.
* Local Residency: Candidates residing in Sulawesi are given preferred consideration for position number 17.
* Logistics & Finance Integration: Dual experience managing finance and logistics operations is required for position number 12.
* Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Mandarin for business communications is required for position number 7.
