The Planning Staff plays a crucial role in maintaining our supply chain efficiency and inventory accuracy.
* Generating daily purchase orders to maintain production flow.
* Monitoring material stock levels to ensure alignment with delivery schedules.
* Coordinating closely with affiliates regarding order fulfillment.
* Providing administrative support for inventory control and planning processes.
* Educational background: High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma (SMA/Diploma).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Placement: Cikarang.
2. Sales Supervisor
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the financial health of our component sales strategies.
* Managing pricing strategies for both existing and new automotive components.
* Overseeing cost-reduction initiatives for components supplied to automotive manufacturers.
* Participating in the development and preparation of new vehicle model components.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Yazaki Headquarters.
* Preparing and presenting comprehensive monthly sales analysis reports.
* Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Solid professional experience in manufacturing sales.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent command of English; proficiency in Japanese is considered a significant advantage.
* Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and data-reporting skills.
* Placement: Central Jakarta.
