## 1. Corporate Planning Analyst
The Corporate Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial health of the Astra Infra Group. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional capable of translating complex data into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Strategy: Develop, analyze, and evaluate the financial performance of the group to ensure the seamless execution of business objectives.
* Corporate Finance: Oversee financial planning, analysis, and sophisticated financial modeling.
* Due Diligence: Perform rigorous financial due diligence to support corporate actions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
* Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial strategic reports for Executive Management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Investor Relations: Manage communication channels and prepare materials for shareholders and business partner visits.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Finance is highly preferred.
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, investment management, and financial analysis.
* Strong grasp of financial report consolidation.
* Expertise in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Proven analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
## 2. Business Development Analyst
The Business Development Analyst is responsible for identifying new market opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships that drive the company’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Networking: Build and sustain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to capture vital business intelligence.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor and document micro and macro-economic conditions, including global industry trends.
* Database Management: Analyze knowledge management databases to pinpoint high-potential project opportunities.
* Data Analysis: Collect primary and secondary project data to develop sound base assumptions for new ventures.

Qualifications
