1. Human Resources Admin
This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our workforce management and payroll processes.
* Drafting and publishing job advertisements across digital job boards and social media platforms.
* Aligning job descriptions and candidate qualifications with specific department requirements.
* Performing initial candidate screening to identify top-tier talent.
* Managing payroll administration, including basic salary, allowances, and incentives.
* Calculating statutory deductions, such as BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21 income tax, and employee loan repayments.
* Ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Accounting, Office Administration, or Business Administration.

* Availability to work in a shift-based rotation.

3. Warehouse Crew Helper
Become a vital part of our logistics team, ensuring that our spare parts are managed, stored, and distributed with precision.
* Inbound & Checking: Unloading shipments and verifying quantity and quality against documentation.
* Smart Stacking: Organizing items using FIFO/FEFO principles to maintain inventory integrity.
* Pick & Pack: Preparing spare parts for orders with high accuracy.
* Outbound: Facilitating the timely loading of goods onto transport fleets.
* Safety & Maintenance: Strictly adhering to 5R cultural standards and OHS (K3) protocols, including full use of PPE.
* Minimum SMA/SMK education.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
* Computer literacy, specifically using Excel.
* A strong desire to learn and a disciplined work ethic.
