Job Description and Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will act as a crucial communication bridge and operational pillar within the organization. Key daily duties encompass:
* Interpretation & Translation: Deliver precise consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during management meetings, internal discussions, training sessions, audits, VIP visits, and day-to-day interactions between local staff and Japanese expatriates. Accurately translate critical written documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employment contracts, technical reports, official correspondence, and presentation materials.
* Meeting Management: Document and compile detailed meeting minutes in both Indonesian and Japanese for executive sessions, cross-departmental conferences, and performance evaluations.
* Production Floor Support: Accompany management and Japanese expatriates during shop-floor visits to facilitate seamless communication during operational briefings and safety inspections.

* Fleet & Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and administrative governance of company operational vehicles, alongside general facility infrastructure upkeep.
* Expatriate & Legal Administration: Handle comprehensive expatriate licensing procedures—including work permits, visas, and legal compliance documentation—while actively assisting with Industrial Relation matters and routine administrative reporting.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
