Location: Gasing Plant, South Sumatra
AGS Waskita is looking for a meticulous and dynamic Engineer to oversee production processes at our precast concrete plant. The ideal candidate will combine technical engineering expertise with hands-on production monitoring to ensure all structural outputs meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work:
* Supervise and monitor the daily manufacturing processes of precast concrete products to ensure compliance with strict quality control guidelines.
* Interpret, review, and analyze detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for production execution.
* Perform and verify essential structural and technical calculations, including Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), pretensioning, spinning, and steam curing parameters.
* Document production workflows and prepare comprehensive progress reports for management.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to identify gaps and areas for modernization.
* Formulate a robust target architecture alongside short-, medium-, and long-term IT transformation roadmaps.
* Design end-to-end operational systems integrations, linking toll transaction systems, CCTV networks, IoT systems, asset management, ERPs, managerial dashboards, mobile applications, and APIs.
