1. Finance Staff (AR - Accounts Receivable)
As an Accounts Receivable Finance Staff, you will manage customer billing cycles and ensure smooth financial inflows to support company liquidity.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Confirm customer billings, process incoming payments, and record payment settlements accurately.
* Schedule collection visits for field collectors.
* Review, verify, and cross-examine invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders (POs).
* Organize, file, and maintain all billing-related documents systematically.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Accounting or Management.
* At least 3 years of proven work experience in a related role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
2. Finance Staff (AP - Accounts Payable)
This role focuses on managing outgoing payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax policies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and inspect billing documents thoroughly.
* Analyze, process, and follow up on the completeness of billing paperwork.

3. PPIC Staff (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
The PPIC Staff plays a critical role in balancing manufacturing capacities with market demands, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor production planning to align seamlessly with delivery schedules, manufacturing capacity, and project milestones.
* Control and determine optimal safety stock levels for finished goods and raw materials in the warehouse.

* Candidate Qualifications:

* Highly proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

4. Admin Quality Control

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an AC Technician.
