1. Human Resources (HR) Manager
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a productive, engaged workforce.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law or Psychology.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in an HR role.
Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication, outstanding team management skills, and a thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws, including the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja*).
* Location: Must be domiciled in Gresik.
2. Business Manager
We are seeking a visionary Business Manager to supervise daily operations, lead our staff, cultivate strategic partnerships, and design effective business strategies for long-term growth.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year holding a management-level position.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership qualities, superior written and verbal communication skills, and proven team management capabilities.
* Location: Domiciled in Gresik or willing to work on-site (WFO) in Gresik.
3. Driver Supervisor (SPV Driver)
The Driver Supervisor will manage our fleet operations and driving personnel, ensuring vehicle maintenance standards and exceptional service delivery.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional driving experience.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent team management, a solid understanding of automotive maintenance, and a genuine passion for vehicle upkeep.
* Licensing & Location: Must hold at least a valid B1 Driver's License and be domiciled in Gresik or Surabaya.
