We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined CWT Operator to strengthen our operations in Rokan Hulu, Riau. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of productivity and safety.
Key Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Experience: At least one year of experience operating heavy machinery or similar units. Prior experience within a palm oil plantation environment is highly advantageous.
* Operational Skills: Proven proficiency in operating tractors, excavators, graders, or similar equipment.
* Technical Maintenance: Proficient in daily inspections and basic unit maintenance, including checking oil, hydraulics, coolant, fuel levels, tires/tracks, and instrumentation.
* Safety Standards: A firm understanding and commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
