## Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the same rank specifically on Oil/Chemical Tanker vessels is required.
* Certifications: Candidates must hold valid STCW 2010 certificates with at least 18 months of remaining validity.
* Operational Expertise: Proven experience in handling SIRE and Vetting inspections is mandatory.
* Documentation: Possession of a valid Passport and Seaman Book.
* Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively function within our international crew.
* Fitness and Character: Applicants must be medically fit for duty and demonstrate a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
