## Position Overview: Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical professional to manage our core financial operations. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive mindset to support our expanding business needs in the heart of Indonesia's industrial hub.
Candidate Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit with our corporate culture and operational demands, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Attitude: Female candidate with a genuine passion for accounting and an optimistic, problem-solving mindset.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff member specifically within the manufacturing industry.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Certifications: Must possess valid Brevet A, B, or C tax certifications.
* Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in Japanese serves as a distinct operational advantage.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Location: Willingness to commute or relocate to work on-site in Cikarang, West Java.
Core Responsibilities
As an integral member of our finance team, your daily duties will be both diverse and impactful:
1. Cost Analysis: Carefully examine and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) to optimize operational efficiency.
2. Financial Reporting: Thoroughly review internal financial statements to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
3. Ledger Management: Accurately record all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
4. Transaction Processing: Prepare and issue receipts, checks, invoices, and oversee general financial disbursements.
5. Cash Flow Management: Manage and reconcile petty cash funds, handle banking transactions, and perform routine bank reconciliations.
6. Tax Compliance: Accurately calculate, prepare, and submit all necessary tax-related documents and returns.
7. Asset Control: Maintain strict internal controls and keep an updated inventory record of company assets.
