Key Responsibilities and Scope
* Overseeing daily operational activities within designated sites.
* Managing comprehensive food cost controls, inventory tracking, and financial budgeting.
* Ensuring strict adherence to global food hygiene, sanitation standards, and HACCP protocols.
* Leading, motivating, and directing cross-functional teams to achieve optimal productivity.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of a Diploma Degree (D3) in any discipline, with a preferred background in Nutrition.
* Possession of an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) serves as a distinct advantage.
* At least 3 years of proven professional experience as a Coordinator, Head of Nutrition, Head of Nutrition Installation, or Operational Supervisor within the F&B sector.
