## 1. Research and Development (R&D) Staff
* Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
The R&D team serves as the backbone of our product innovation and technical precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to design, test, and refine our manufacturing components.
Qualifications:
* Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
* Possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in engineering, product design, fabrication, or R&D (fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are welcome).
* Proficient in creating 3D models, assemblies, detail drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
* Solid understanding of basic mechanical design, material strengths, welded/bolted joints, engineering tolerances, and material selection.
* Capable of performing reverse engineering, component measurements, design modifications, and existing product enhancements.
* Knowledgeable in industry standards such as SNI, ISO, ASTM, JIS, DIN, or other relevant technical benchmarks.
* Exceptional analytical thinking, technical creativity, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Design & Drawing: Architect mechanical 3D models and assemblies while producing precise shop and fabrication drawings ready for production.
* Product Development & Modification: Conduct reverse engineering, measure components, modify legacy items, and build functional prototypes.
* Material Analysis: Evaluate structural strengths, joint configurations, and tolerances to select the exact materials required for manufacturing.
* Standardization & Documentation: Ensure all designs comply with rigorous engineering standards while compiling technical paperwork, including Bills of Materials (BOM).
## 2. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Staff
* Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Safety remains our utmost priority across every facility and project site. We need a vigilant HSE professional to champion workplace safety protocols and environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (KHS/K3), or Public Health.
* Physically and mentally fit with strong communication skills.
* Possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Certification as an Expert in Occupational Health and Safety (AK3U by Kemnaker) is strongly preferred.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in the HSE field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor daily HSE execution on-site, encompassing personal protective equipment (PPE), housekeeping, and safety signage.
* Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and behavioral observations.
* Organize and lead toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and ongoing safety training programs.
* Investigate workplace accidents or environmental incidents, formulating comprehensive incident reports and corrective recommendations.
* Manage HSE documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Permit to Work (PTW) forms, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and inspection logs.
* Coordinate closely with operational teams to ensure safety measures integrate smoothly into all workflows.
* Ensure strict adherence to government regulations (such as labor safety laws and environmental decrees) and corporate policies.
## 3. Project Implementer / Field Executor
* Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
We are looking for a hands-on field executor to oversee production workflows, project timelines, and on-site installations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Fabrication Engineering, or related fields.
* At least 1 year of practical experience in manufacturing or fabrication; high-performing junior SMK graduates will be considered.
* Capable of reading and interpreting basic shop drawings.
* Familiar with standard workshop measuring instruments such as calipers, tape measures, squares, and water levels.
* Grounded knowledge of basic workplace safety, PPE usage, and secure operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate technical schedules and master plans for construction and fabrication projects.
* Supervise and coordinate tasks spanning from initial fabrication and material mobilization to final on-site installation.
