As an HR Operational Supervisor, you will act as a vital bridge between our business objectives and workforce execution, ensuring seamless daily operations and strong partnerships.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day deployment and administration of outsourced personnel stationed across various client sites.
* Guarantee the complete fulfillment of client staffing requests while actively monitoring workforce daily performance metrics.
* Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and effectively navigate industrial relations to maintain a harmonious working environment.

* Candidate Qualifications:
* Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any academic discipline.
