* Relocation & Availability: Must be fully willing to relocate to Jakarta and commit to a full-time residency at the ONIC Gaming House (GH).
* Current Season Performance (Season 38):
* Maintain a minimum win rate of 75% in ranked mode.
* Complete at least 200 matches during the current season.
* Achieve a minimum rank of Mythic Glory with 150+ stars.
* Commitment: Fully prepared to undergo and complete all stages of the rigorous trial process.
* Bonus Qualifications: Prior professional or semi-professional experience in MLBB or other MOBA titles (such as League of Legends or Dota 2) will be viewed as a strong competitive advantage.
* Exclusivity: Applicants must not be bound by any active contracts with other esports organizations.
