## Available Trainee Pathways
We offer specialized training tracks tailored to various academic backgrounds. Candidates are encouraged to apply for the position that best aligns with their field of study:
1. Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT)
Designed for those with expertise in cultivation and land management. We are looking for graduates from:
* Agrotechnology
* Plantation Cultivation
* Agribusiness
* Forestry

2. Traction Assistant Trainee (TAT)
Focused on the technical maintenance and management of our heavy machinery and fleet. We invite applicants from:

3. Administration Assistant Trainee (AAT)
Centered on the operational and financial backbone of our plantation sites. We are seeking graduates from:

## Candidate Eligibility and General Requirements
To ensure the high standards of our operations, we require candidates to meet the following foundational criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Professional Mindset: A strong desire to learn, high integrity, and the ability to thrive in a professional plantation environment.
