## Current Openings at J.CO Donuts and Coffee (Banyuwangi)
We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to strengthen our operations in the Banyuwangi region. These roles require a commitment to service excellence and teamwork.
1. Management Trainee (MT)
This position is designed for aspiring leaders who possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 in Hospitality or Tourism, or S1 in any discipline.
* Experience: At least one year of relevant F&B experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Key Requirements:
* Must be a resident of Banyuwangi.
* Strong analytical and teamwork capabilities.
* Service-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
2. Store Crew
As a Store Crew member, you are the face of our brand. We are looking for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm (Male) and 160 cm (Female).
* Key Requirements:
* Must be a resident of Banyuwangi.
* Exceptional ability to collaborate within a team.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
## Production Opportunity: QC Inline (Taman Tekno, BSD)
For those with a background in quality control and food production, we have a specialized role available at our facility in South Tangerang.
3. QC Inline Production
This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of product excellence and safety.
* Educational Background: Vocational School (SMK) in Chemical Analysis, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum of one year in a similar quality control role.
* Key Skills & Requirements:
* Proficiency in product sampling and quality inspection procedures.
* Comfortable working in cold-temperature production environments.
* Willingness to work on a shift basis.
* Placement: Taman Tekno, BSD, South Tangerang.
