## Available Career Development Programs

We provide structured training programs designed to transition talented graduates into key leadership roles within our organization. Below are the details for the currently open positions:

1. Field Assistant Training (FAT)
The Field Assistant Training program is a specialized track tailored to cultivate the next generation of plantation section managers. Candidates will receive rigorous training to oversee field operations effectively.

Candidate Qualifications:

* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Agriculture, Plantation Science, Forestry, or Agricultural Engineering.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive 6-month training program.
* Service Bond: Willingness to fulfill a 2-year service bond agreement upon completion of training.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for assignment at any of our operational sites across Sumatra and Kalimantan.

2. Mill Assistant Training (MAT)
The Mill Assistant Training program is meticulously structured to prepare aspiring mill managers. This role focuses on the technical precision required to optimize palm oil processing facilities.

Candidate Qualifications:

* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive 6-month training program.
* Service Bond: Willingness to fulfill a 2-year service bond agreement upon completion of training.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for assignment at any of our processing mills located throughout Sumatra and Kalimantan.
