## Faculty Recruitment Process
We are currently inviting qualified professionals to join our esteemed faculty. Prospective lecturers must complete the online application form to initiate the recruitment process.
* Application Review: Only candidates who successfully pass the administrative screening will be contacted.
* Assessment Phase: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a computer-based English Proficiency Test and Academic Potential Test (TPA).
* Exemption: Applicants who possess valid, institutionally recognized TKBI and TKDA certificates may be exempt from testing.
* Testing Schedule: Assessments are held Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM WIB, at the UMS BP-SDM Unit Office.
* Important Note: Punctuality is strictly enforced; candidates arriving after 11:00 AM or outside scheduled days will not be processed, as the assessment duration is exactly three hours.
## General Qualifications for Applicants
To ensure the highest standards of teaching and research, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Citizenship and Faith: Must be an Indonesian citizen of the Islamic faith.
* Age Limits: Maximum 30 years old for Master's (S2) holders; maximum 40 years old for Doctoral (S3) holders and Medical Specialists.
* Integrity: Must have a clean criminal record, verified by a current Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
* Academic Achievement:
* Master's/Specialist I: Minimum GPA of 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale) for the Master’s degree and 3.25 for the Bachelor’s degree, with studies completed within the prescribed timeframes.
* Doctoral/Specialist II: Minimum GPA of 3.50 (Master's) and 3.25 (Bachelor's), accompanied by evidence of publication in reputable international journals.
* Proficiency: Valid proof of English proficiency (TOEFL ITP ≥ 525, IELTS ≥ 5.5, or equivalent).
* Health Requirements: Upon acceptance, candidates must provide proof of physical and mental health, as well as drug-free status, issued by a government-run hospital (RSUD).
* Exclusivity: Candidates must not be bound by employment contracts or serve as permanent/contract staff at other institutions.
