* Core Responsibilities:
* Ensure that valuable nickel ore is strictly separated and not mistakenly mixed or lost during overburden (OB) stripping phases.
* Prevent barren materials such as bluezone, silica, or serpentine from contaminating targeted nickel ore deposits during extraction.
* Guarantee that loading pads and underlying OB materials do not compromise the purity of nickel ore loaded into transport trucks.
* Supervise in-pit nickel grades continuously to prevent ore dilution and maintain strict alignment with initial drilling and sampling data.
* Evaluate and control all operational parameters that directly influence extracted nickel quality.
* Design extraction strategies mapped precisely to targeted nickel grade requirements.
* Oversee comprehensive sampling protocols from initial extraction points through to temporary stockpiles.
* Maintain active communication channels and coordination with both the QAQC and Production divisions.
* Generate detailed daily and weekly Grade Control progress reports.

* Monitor and supervise mining executions against remaining ore reserves, engineering designs, cut-off grades, and financial parameters on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Analyze, estimate, and coordinate operational hours and heavy equipment/dump truck performance to maximize productivity.
* Conduct periodic evaluations of production costs, extracted nickel volume, and total pit overburden movement.
* Maintain up-to-date geological and operational repositories to guide subsequent extraction phases accurately.
* Conduct daily site inspections to verify that field activities strictly match engineering blueprints, providing high-complexity corrective recommendations whenever operational discrepancies arise.
* Perform comprehensive plan reviews comparing projected models against actual site conditions, analyzing stripping limits, spatial boundaries, bench elevations, and deviation triggers.
* Draft, compile, and officially issue monthly volume calculation minutes (Berita Acara).
