1. Acceleration Manufacturing Program (AMP)
The AMP is a structured career development initiative designed to cultivate future leaders within our production facilities. We are seeking candidates who possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Education: D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 2.8.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proactive work ethic, excellent teamwork, and a high capacity for learning.
* Requirements: Ability to work in shift patterns and willingness to be stationed at our facilities in Java (Marunda, Bekasi, or Gresik).

2. Finished Goods Warehouse Staff
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Staff member to ensure our logistics processes run seamlessly. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of our high-demand products from the factory to the consumer.
* Education: Minimum SMA or SMK graduate (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Experience: Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics (specifically finished goods) is highly advantageous.
* Core Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills, leadership abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Location: Based at our manufacturing facility in Bekasi, West Java.
* Serving as a quality checker to ensure accurate load management in accordance with warehouse standards.
* Preparing products for daily shipment while strictly adhering to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methodology.
* Optimizing product layout to maximize warehouse storage efficiency.
* Managing and supervising operational team members to maintain high productivity.
