## The Kalla Management Trainee Program 2024
We are officially opening our doors to the next generation of leaders. Our 2024 Management Trainee (MT) Program is a rigorous, nine-month accelerated development journey. Participants will be immersed in a curriculum designed to sharpen adaptive skills and cultivate a growth mindset, effectively grooming them for leadership roles within our diverse business streams.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for high-potential graduates who are ready to make a meaningful impact:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
