1. Group Leader Fuel
This role is responsible for overseeing the distribution of bio-solar fuel, managing fueling stations, and ensuring the accuracy of fuel inventory.
* Education: High School Diploma (Science or Social Studies).
* Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience, POP Certification, and proficiency in Fuel Management Systems or ERP software.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage fuel receipt and distribution, maintain data accuracy through integrated reporting, and ensure strict adherence to safety (HSE) and 5R standards.
2. Group Leader Purchasing
You will be tasked with optimizing the procurement cycle to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Requirements: 2–3 years of experience.
* Key Responsibilities: Evaluate vendor performance, manage purchase documentation (PO/Invoices), and ensure all procurement processes align with corporate standards and safety regulations (K3PLM).
3. Group Leader General Service
This position focuses on providing seamless administrative and facility support to ensure a productive environment for employees and guests.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Hospitality.
* Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, MEP, or infrastructure management.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee office supplies, catering, laundry services, and facility maintenance while managing essential operational databases.
4. Group Leader Transportation
Focused on logistics and fleet management to support site operations.
* Education: High School Diploma (Science).
* Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in fleet scheduling and personnel management.
5. Group Leader Production
An essential role for driving mining output through effective field supervision.
* Education: High School Diploma (Science or Social Studies).
* Requirements: 3–5 years of professional experience in a mining production environment.
6. Group Leader Support Equipment (Maintenance)
This technical role ensures that support units, such as water trucks, lube trucks, and fuel trucks, are maintained to peak performance.
* Education: Vocational School (SMK) in Mechanical, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive Engineering.
* Requirements: 3 years of experience, POP Certification, and strong proficiency in Ms. Office and AutoCAD 2D.
* Preferred Skills: Certification in Lifting Supervision or Rigging; ability to develop comprehensive lifting plans.
