* Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum 7 years of experience) or Master’s degree (minimum 3 years of experience) in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or related fields.
* Proven expertise in strategy, planning, execution, and monitoring of water resources, with a heavy emphasis on flood disaster mitigation.
* Experience with international loan-financed projects (PHLN) and collaborations with central and local government bodies.
* Possession of relevant professional certifications (such as SKA/SKK) is strongly preferred.
2. Project Management Expert
* Core Responsibilities: Oversee overall project management to ensure that Bappenas National Project Implementation Unit (NPIU) activities stay on track with performance indicators and budgetary constraints—spanning from planning and procurement to execution and evaluation.

* Familiarity with multilateral or foreign-funded government projects (PHLN).
4. Socio-Economic Expert
* Core Responsibilities: Embed inclusive socio-economic approaches throughout the development and implementation phases of the project guidelines and NSPK frameworks.

* Background in Socio-Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Public Policy, or Regional Planning (minimum 5 years for S1, 3 years for S2).
