1. Water Management System (WMS) Assistant
* Location: Central Kalimantan
* Focus: Managing plantation hydrology, drainage systems, and water conservation strategies to optimize crop yield.
2. Workshop Assistant
* Location: South Kalimantan & West Kalimantan
* Focus: Overseeing maintenance schedules, machinery repairs, and heavy equipment operations within the estate.
3. Refinery (Mill) Assistant
* Location: South Kalimantan
* Focus: Supervising daily mill operations, ensuring high processing efficiency, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
4. Land Clearing Assistant
* Location: South Kalimantan & West Kalimantan
* Focus: Managing sustainable land preparation, surveying, and zoning activities in compliance with environmental standards.
5. Afdeling Assistant
* Location: All Operating Regions
* Focus: Supervising daily field upkeep, harvesting operations, and labor management within assigned plantation divisions.

## General Requirements for Applicants
To maintain our high standards of operational excellence, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the palm oil plantation industry in a similar capacity.
* Core Competencies: Strong technical skills aligned with the specific role, excellent analytical thinking, and robust organizational management capabilities.
* Work Ethic: High adaptability, strong leadership potential, and the readiness to be stationed in remote plantation operating areas.
