## Position Details: Nurse Development Program (NDP)
The Nurse Development Program is designed for driven individuals who are ready to transition into a high-standard clinical environment. Participants will undergo rigorous training to ensure they meet the gold standard of care that our patients expect across all our medical units.
Core Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for the Nurse Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Ners) with a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Licensure: Active and valid Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
* Physical Standards: A minimum height of 165 cm and a balanced weight between 50 kg and 55 kg.
* Professional Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient services.
* Commitment to Growth: Willingness to undergo an intensive training program as part of the career development track.
* Operational Flexibility: Must be willing to work in shift patterns and be available for placement at any Brawijaya Healthcare unit across the Jakarta, Depok, and Tangerang regions.
* Experience Level: While we welcome experienced professionals with at least one year of clinical practice, we also strongly encourage fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers to apply.
