Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this critical quality assurance role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum educational background of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent) and/or a Diploma degree.
* At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience working in a garment or textile manufacturing environment, specifically in a supervisory or chief quality control capacity.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong personal discipline, and polished verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to lead inspection teams and enforce strict quality compliance standards on the production floor.
